Barnyard Millet Idli Recipe - Healthy Breakfast

These healthy Idlis are a perfect addition to your Breakfast routine because they are easy to make using Barnyard Millet Rava instead of Idly Rava. Addition of millets in Idlis increases the nutrition level and the health benefits that we get are innumerable.  I got Barnyard Millet Rava from Indian stores here in USA . You can use any other millet Rava that is available in stores near you. I have been experimenting with Idli batter from a long time now and this is one of the successful experiments and so sharing with you all. Eggless Almond flour Brownies

Hello folks,     Brownies are one such desserts which are liked by everyone irrespective of age.My daughter loves eating them but I just want to make sure she eats the most healthier version of any baked good. Ofcourse every Mom wants right?? So I came up with these Almond flour Brownie recipe which along with being fudgy, gooey,and perfectly chocolatey, are also grain free, eggless, all purpose flour free, refined sugar free ,and so healthy. I baked these  for an Instagram collab which was all about baking something healthy.These turned out super delicious!!. I made these brownies with blanched almond flour which is easily available in stores.I have used yogurt instead of eggs.I also added one secret i1ngredient which is boiled sweet potato as a natural sweetener along with Coconut sugar both of which are  much healthier alternatives to refined sugar.You can also use jaggery or any other natural sweetener. Hi, Pasta is one of the Italian delicacy loved all around the world. This is a pure comfort food.I love pasta not the packaged one but handmade from scratch. It looks hard to make it from scratch but actually It is very easy once you start making it.With very less ingredients you can make many types of pastas of various shapes ,even without any pasta maker or authentic pasta making equipments. Baked Khasta Kachori with nut based filling

Hi     Khasta Kachori is one of the most famous Indian snacks popular all over the world.It is nothing but a Crispy Pastry with a mung dal/spiced nuts filling usually deep fried and served with green cilantro chutney.It is a mouthwatering appetizer,also enjoyed for breakfast in North India. I wanted to make a baked version of this and hence tried this for a collab on Instagram.It turned out really tasty and delicious.
