Baked Khasta Kachori with nut based filling

Hi     Khasta Kachori is one of the most famous Indian snacks popular all over the world. It is nothing but a Crispy Pastry with a mung dal/spiced nuts filling usually deep fried and served with green cilantro chutney. It is a mouthwatering appetizer, also enjoyed for breakfast in North India. I wanted to make a baked version of this and hence tried this for a collab on Instagram. It turned out really tasty and delicious. Hello Friends, Chocochip cookies are one of the kid's favourite cookies. Its always a good idea to make cookies at home rather than buying from the store as they are filled with artificial colours, preservatives and unhealthy additives. This recipe also allows you to cut and give them any shape you want which is so much fun. Best to bake along with kids as they will love mixing the batter and cutting them with cute cookie cutters.I made them with my daughter and we both had a great time together. You must also know that they are eggless, wholewheat and made with coconut sugar which makes them a healthier alternative to the storebought ones. This recipe makes around 40 to 50 cookies. As they are always eaten up quickly,I make a lot of them for my family to relish for many days. You can adjust the ingredients ratio according to your needs. So lets dig in the recipe.
