Pancharatna Dal Khichdi Recipe

Panchratna dal Khichdi in my Instant pot. I love one pot dishes...and this dish has the nutrition of 5 lentils, rice and veggies.It is quick as well as satisfying. I guess I invented this recipe in my kitchen...😋 Please let me know if you make this too☺ INGREDIENTS: Ghee 1-2 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Ginger grated 1 tsp Onions chopped 1 Turmeric powder 1 tsp Vegetables like carrot , peas (optional) Pancharatna Dal 1 cup 11/2 cup Rice  Water 7-8 cups Coriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Salt to taste  Jaggery 1 tsp Tamarind soaked in water 1 inch  Red chilli powder 1-2 tsp INSTRUCTION: 1.On Saute mode in an Instant pot add Ghee, jeera, grated ginger, chopped onions ,turmeric and saute well.(You can add any vegetables you want) 2.Wash and add 1 cup Pancharatna dal and 1 and 1/2 cup rice and stir well. 3.Add 7 to 8 cups water ,coriander powder, garam masala, salt,jaggery,soaked tamarind,red chilli powder and stir well. 4.Cook for 12 to 15 minutes on cook mode.Add water according to the

Hi,    A scone is basically a baked good made with wheat flour/flour blend similar to biscuit.I made these strawberry scones for the first time and I couldnt resist myself from sharing the recipe which are too delicious to relish. I used a gluten free baking flour blend to make this recipe .You can use wholewheat flour as well .As they are leavened with baking powder,  they are quick to make.These scones are moist and soft inside, crumbly on the edges, with a buttery and flaky texture. Eggless Almond flour Brownies

Hello folks,     Brownies are one such desserts which are liked by everyone irrespective of age.My daughter loves eating them but I just want to make sure she eats the most healthier version of any baked good. Ofcourse every Mom wants right?? So I came up with these Almond flour Brownie recipe which along with being fudgy, gooey,and perfectly chocolatey, are also grain free, eggless, all purpose flour free, refined sugar free ,and so healthy. I baked these  for an Instagram collab which was all about baking something healthy.These turned out super delicious!!. I made these brownies with blanched almond flour which is easily available in stores.I have used yogurt instead of eggs.I also added one secret i1ngredient which is boiled sweet potato as a natural sweetener along with Coconut sugar both of which are  much healthier alternatives to refined sugar.You can also use jaggery or any other natural sweetener. Sweet and salty chocochunk Blondies

Hi all, A Blondie is a rich sweet desert bar.It is similar to traditional chocolate brownies but substitutes vanilla for the cocoa used in brownies. These are eggless, sugarfree and made with Wholewheat flour.So I have used jaggery powder instead of sugar which gives them a lovely flavour and also healthier to eat especially for kids.I have added yogurt instead of eggs which is always at hand.
