Thandai flavoured Daliya Kheer

Holi Special 🎨Thandai Daliya Kheer  ( Vegan, Refined sugar free)🎉 Why not indulge in a healthy thandai flavoured daliya kheer which is not only fibre rich but absolutely nourishing and guiltfree. I have added some fruits and dried roses to make a colourful holi dessert.Do try this for a quick healthy treat..📌 For Thandai Masala 💜 Almonds 2 tbsp 🧡 Dried Roses 4-5 💚 Black peppercorns 6-8 💛 poppy seeds 1 tbsp 💓 Cardamom 4-5 ❤ Saffron a pinch For Kheer 🔖Almond milk 21/2 cups 🔖Daliya/Broken wheat 5 tbsp 🔖Maple syrup 1/4 cup 🔖Thandai masala powder 2tsp 🏷Make a powder of the ingredients given under Thandai masala to make thandai powder. 🏷 Heat a pan, add almond milk, daliya, maple syrup , stir and cook well for  30 mins on low flame with lid closed. Serve immediately and decorate with colourful fruits

  Chocolate Avocado Smoothie!! Made this super yummy guilt free smoothie using Avacados, bananas, cocoa powder, honey, and some milk.Absolutely tastes delicious. I made it two layers by just blending some avacadoes separately without adding cocoa powder.Just once in a while, We do have such quick breakfasts which is not only healthy but flavourful.😋😋 Here's a simple recipe for a two-layered chocolate avocado smoothie: **Ingredients:** - 2 ripe avocados - 1 big ripe banana - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) - 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on your sweetness preference) - Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie) **Instructions:** 1. **Prepare the Green layer:**    - Peel and pit the avocado and banana.    - Place them in a blender along with milk, and sweetener (if using).    - Blend until smooth. Homemade Pav Bhaji Masala

We were craving Pav Bhaji 😋😋but ran out of Pav Bhaji Masala . Then came the idea of preparing it myself at home . Very easy to make with spices you already have at home and in no time🙌🏻 Do try 📌📌 Ingredients: 🌶Coriander seeds 4 tbsp 🌶Cumin seeds 2 tbsp 🌶 Bay leaf 2-3 🌶cloves 6-8 🌶cardamom 2 🌶Cinnamon stick 1” 🌶Fennel seeds 2-3 tsp 🌶 Turmeric 1 tsp 🌶 Amchur powder 1 tbsp 🌶Dried Red Chili’s 8-10 (optional) Instruction: 1. Just dry roast all the dried spices for a minute on low flame , 2. Transfer to a mixer Jar, add turmeric and Aamchur powder & grind into a fine powder. 3. Pomegranate Popsicle -No Refined Sugar / 5 ingredients

 Pomegranate popsicles   Have you tried making these pretty popsicles with Greek yogurt and pomegranates?? Very easy to make super tasty frozen treat that you and yours kids would love to have🙌🏻 A hit in my family😀  It is also kind of healthy as it contains nutritious maple syrup instead of refined sugar . Just 5 ingredients are required and look at that pretty pink colour. All naturally coloured. Always say No to artificial colours👍 Ingredients: Greek yogurt 11/2 cup Pomegranate seeds (fresh/frozen) 1 cup + 1/4 cup Maple syrup 1/4 cup Monk fruit sweetener 1/4 cup vanilla extract 1 tbsp Instruction: 🍭Blend 1 cup pomegranates and strain the juice out of it.  🍭 In a bowl add Greek yogurt, pomegranate juice, maple syrup , monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract and mix well.  🍭Spoon it in popsicle moulds, along with some pomegranate seeds . 🍭 Freeze for 6 hours /overnight.
