I have added some fruits and dried roses to make a colourful holi dessert.Do try this for a quick healthy treat..📌 For Thandai Masala 💜 Almonds 2 tbsp 🧡 Dried Roses 4-5 💚 Black peppercorns 6-8 💛 poppy seeds 1 tbsp 💓 Cardamom 4-5 ❤ Saffron a pinch For Kheer 🔖Almond milk 21/2 cups 🔖Daliya/Broken wheat 5 tbsp 🔖Maple syrup 1/4 cup 🔖Thandai masala powder 2tsp 🏷Make a powder of the ingredients given under Thandai masala to make thandai powder. 🏷 Heat a pan, add almond milk, daliya, maple syrup , stir and cook well for 30 mins on low flame with lid closed. Serve immediately and decorate with colourful fruits

Pizza is one of the delicius trending food that is being craved by all. Store bought Pizzas or Restaurant pizzas are of course tempting but you never know what preservatives and artificial colours are added in them.
The safest option that is available is to make it at home fresh and with clean ingredients without compromising on the taste.
So lets dig in the recipe.
- 1/2 Cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup All purpose flour
- 1 tsp dry yeast.
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp warm milk
- 4 tbsp butter or vegan butter (vegan version)
- 3/4 cup milk or any nutmilk /soy milk(vegan version)
For the topping:
*Mozarella cheese 1 cup (Almond mozarella cheese for a vegan version)
*Pizza sauce 5 tbsp
*Chopped Veggies for topping(cherry tomatoes,onion,bell peppers)
*Spinach leaves (optional)
*Sun dried tomatoes (optional)

Instructions:
- In a bowl take warm milk, mix dry yeast and sugar. Stir and let it rest for 5-10 mins.
- Sieve the flours in the bowl and add salt, milk, butter and knead the dough for 10 minutes or till it is soft. If required add small amout of water while kneading.
- Rest the dough for 45 mins and let it rise.
- Once the dough has risen then punch it and start kneading for another 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer a portion of dough onto a baking pan /pizza stone or Cast iron tava.
- Flatten and spread the dough to make a base.
- Apply some garlic butter for added flavour.
- Spread the pizza sauce on top.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on it and place the chopped veggies, sundried tomatoes,spinach leaves on top.
- Add some more grated cheese ,red chilli flakes and Italian seasoning.
- Bake it in a oven for 18 to 20 minutes
- Delicious pizza is ready to serve.
